What Sheetorial is

Sheetorial is a free library of spreadsheet templates for Google Sheets: budgets, invoices, trackers, calendars, planners. Every template is a plain .xlsx file you download directly — no account, no newsletter gate, no paid tier — and open in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice Calc. The site is funded by advertising; the templates themselves carry no strings beyond the short templates license.

How the templates are made

Each template starts as a design for one specific job — a biweekly budget, an invoice tracker, a packing list — and is built as a real workbook: formulas, dropdowns, conditional formatting and sample data showing the sheet in use. The formulas deliberately stay inside the set of functions that behave identically in Google Sheets, Excel and LibreOffice, so the file works wherever you open it. From that master, the twelve language editions are generated as separate files — tab names, labels, dropdown values and number, date and currency formats translated, formula references re-pointed to the renamed tabs — and every edition is checked before it is published. The screenshots on the template pages are captures of the actual files, not mockups.

Who is behind it

Sheetorial is made by Jorge Belda, a designer based near Alicante, Spain, who has been building and maintaining template sites for several years — spreadsheets here, Google Sites templates at SitesAvant. It is a one-person project: the same person designs the sheets, writes the pages and answers the email. Found a broken formula or a template that could be better?
